Notice of Intention to give consent to a Lease of a Crown Reserve
Pursuant to Section 102(2) of the Crown Lands Act 1989, it is notified that the Minister for Lands intends, at the expiration of 14 days after the date of publication of this notice, to give consent to the proposal by the Reserve Trust specified in Schedule 1 hereunder, to grant a lease in respect of the land specified in Schedule 2, as detailed in Schedule 3.

Albury
City Council declares with the approval of her Excellency the Governor
that the land described in the Schedule 1 below, excluding the interests
described in Schedule 2 below and excluding any mines or deposits of
minerals in the land, is acquired by compulsory process in accordance
with the provisions of the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation)
Act 1991 for a site for the placement of an electricity generator to
convert methane gas into electricity.

Gehrigs Lane
The
road running perpendicular to the northern end of Spencer Street,
Albury. This is the road running between Reece Plumbing and Andrews
Office Supplies. The complete length of this road between Macauley and
Young Streets is named Gehrigs Lane.
Noreuil Park Road Names
The roads through Hovell Tree and Noreuil Parks, Albury are Hovell Tree Drive, Hume Street and Noreuil Parade.

Street, between Wodonga Place and Townsend Street, will undergo
rehabilitation works commencing Tuesday 17 January 2012 for a period of
two weeks, weather permitting.
