Albury Council - VISION for Thurgoona

I have to agree it is not easy to locate stuff on the alburycity website. [The site has a tremendous number of resources which can be obtained under various links.]

What about the Thurgoona/Wirlinga Precinct Structure Plan? Unfortunately, the name changed in 'Accent' - though not the concept, nor processes. So, on the front page of the website [alburycity.nsw.gov.au] we have the link to the 'VISION':
