THURGOONA FLOOD STUDY 'draft'


FLOOD STUDY NOW IN THURGOONA, etc

Council has been drawing up a flood study for the Eight Mile Creek system [includes Woolshed Creek; the creek that crosses Thurgoona Drive at the Golf Club]. This work has been under way for some time.

According to Council Border Mail Classified Wed 30/11/11 copies of the draft are now available for inspection at the Community Centre, Kosciusko Rd, and the usual places. That is true.

Also according to the same classified, the study is also available on the Council website. I cannot find it and have sent an inquiry. The Council website ‘Exhibitions’ says nothing on exhibition! [See below.] Apparently that part of the classified is false.

There isn't anything on exhibition at the moment.
